Have you ever found yourself stuck in a never-ending vortex of YouTube videos online, watching one video after the other until you forget what it was you were supposed to be doing. Now add in some K-pop and you can say goodbye to the rest of your night. It’s okay, who needs sleep? Covers of K-pop songs are definitely part of the “problem.” There are so many of them, and each video showcases the talent of not only the original artists but also the cover artists, who get a chance to put their own spin on the song. One video that definitely stands out is the cover of TWICE’s “TT” by KRNFX and Lydia Paek!
Watch as beatboxer Terry Im, better known by his stage name KRNFX, and Lydia Paek, the singer-songwriter of YG Entertainment, give their own original rendition of TWICE’s mega-hit “TT”, using only beatboxing and Lydia’s outstanding vocals.
This cover is part of KSTYLE TV’s Betbaks series, which features KRNFX collaborating with various talented artists to cover popular K-pop songs, such as Blackpink’s “Whistle” and Jay Park’s “All I Wanna Do.” And if you haven’t listened to KRNFX and Lydia Paek cover BTS’ “Blood, Sweat & Tears” yet, here you go!
