Song of the Week: Good Luck – Beast

The song that has dominated my playlist this week is Beast’s new song Good Luck. It’s an upbeat song with a catchy chorus and strong visuals in the music video. I’ve been a fan of Beast for a long time and I’m glad to see them come back with another strong song!

I really like how the music video mixes together both dark and bright settings. The smooth transitions between the different backdrops makes the video very engaging and entertaining.

Beast is in top form in this video. I like that each member has his own time to shine along with enticing group dance shots.

The chorus is my favorite part, especially when they do the peace sign during their dance.

What’s not to love about that?

I also really enjoyed the good luck themed set. Great colors, especially compared to the darker moments in the video.

And of course, Beast’s choreography never fails to impress me.

Overall, I am very pleased with the music video and song combination. I can’t get the song out of my head!

Bonus Song of the Week: No More – Beast

I also really love Beast’s other new song No More. The “beastagram” theme was very well executed and beautifully shot.

Side note, is anyone else obsessed with how tiny Yoseob’s face is? I can’t help but want to yell “YOUR FACE IS SO SMALL” every time I see him! It just continues to amaze me. (Keep in mind, having a small face is a huge compliment in Korea).

  1. I’ve never been that impressed by Beast’s songs, they haven’t done it for me, but so far I’m really liking Good Luck! At least the chorus, which is super catchy!
