I have not laughed this hard in a long time. Many people have attempted the K-pop Parody (myself included), but few have even come close to this level of success.

A YouTuber by the name of KiSung85 uploaded a series of videos that take original K-pop music videos and put on a new version of subtitles. The results are hilarious!

Super Junior sings about killing off Kim Bum in Sorry Sorry.

SHINee laments about how gaining weight is the work of the devil in Lucifer.

DBSK tries to stop all the calls after retiring from being phone sex operators in You’ve Got the Wrong Number.

Beast confesses their shopaholic tendencies in Shock (aka SHOP).

But Big Bang’s Haru Haru subtitle dub is my favorite.

The story is that G-dragon and TOP are lovers and now GD is super upset because TOP has left him for his sister! Insults get thrown around. GD accuses TOP of shopping at Walmart (it’s actually from Target! Hypoallergenic and everything.) Then TOP criticizes GD’s eyeliner. This stuff is serious.

The chorus goes like this:

Not the eyeliner!!

I just love how the new subtitles fit with the feel of the song! This stuff is genius.

Sadly it appears that the account that uploaded these gems has taken a long hiatus. We can only hope they will one day come back with even better hits. There is so much great material just waiting to be parodied! In the meantime, I hope you can enjoy the channel as much as I have!

I may have to try my hand at this sub dub stuff…
